Remembering my first Childhood Nightmare, don’t leave the roads stay on the paths… there be Monsters! A nightmare is a disturbing dream associated with negative feelings, such as anxiety or fear that awakens you. Nightmares are common in children but can happen at any age for me I was 10 and couldn’t sleep for months afterwards!
