Introducing Rouna Sans Serif Font, Rouna is a rounded sans serif font that is built around the basic shape of the circle which gives it a fresh, simple and clear appearance. The letter “o” and its derivatives (a, b, c, d, e…) are intentionally close to being a perfect circle. It has a monolinear stroke and low contrast, even in bold weight, and the relationship between the condensed structure of the capital letters and the broad structure of the lower case letters is striking, giving it rhythm and personality.
When the text is written in all capitals, it makes it possible to compose tight headlines or titles and to have the sensation of having two fonts in one. Rouna has a technical yet friendly look, vaguely reminiscent of plastic set letters. We could say that this typeface wears a tie at the architecture studio, but keeps a pair of basketball sneakers in the boot of the car.
