Copshop is a 2021 American action thriller film directed by Joe Carnahan and written by Kurt McLeod and Carnahan, based on a story by McLeod and Mark Williams. The film, which stars Gerard Butler, Frank Grillo and Alexis Louder, is set in a small-town police station that becomes the battleground between a hitman, a rookie cop and a con artist.
Filming took place in Georgia and New Mexico from October to November 2020. Copshop was released in the United Kingdom and Ireland on September 10, 2021, by STX Films, and is scheduled to be released in the United States on September 17, 2021, by Open Road Films.
