Everyone Says Hi is a new band formed by Nick Hodgson, the former drummer and songwriter for the Kaiser Chiefs. The band also includes members Pete Denton (The Kooks), Ben Gordon (The Dead 60s), Glenn Moule (Howling Bells), and Tom Dawson. Their debut album, 1 also titled “Everyone Says Hi”, was released on January 31, 2025. The album features a collection of dreamy-pop songs inspired by bands like REM, The Strokes, Daft Punk, Cigarettes After Sex, and Mac DeMarco.
