Grim passion (original name: Pasión de Gavilanes) is the most popular Colombian series with 188 episodes, produced in 2003 – 2004 with the co-production of Telemundo, RTI Colombia, Caracol TV. The film was shown in more than 100 countries such as Argentina, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Philippines. The film has the participation of some famous actors such as Michel Brown from Argentina; Juan Alfonso Baptista from Venezuela; Paola Rey, Danna Garcia, Natasha Klauss from Colombia and Mario Cimarro from Cuba. Most of them will appear in other Telemundo and RTI Colombia television series such as Te Voy a Enseñar a Querer (2004), La mujer en el espejo (2004), Amores de Mercado (2007) and La Traición (2008)
