Horta Embossed Font

Horta Embossed Font: The period around 1900 produced the Impressionists in painting and Art Nouveau in architecture and graphic design. I have always admired the Arnold Boecklin typeface, which is a remarkable illustration of this era.
So I wanted to create a font in this spirit, without falling into copying or imitating it too easily. I named it “Victor Horta”, in tribute to our great Belgian architect, a disciple of Eugène Viollet-le-Duc, a precursor of Art Nouveau. The present derived font is “Horta Embossed”.
