The Unwedding is a novel by Ally Condie that was chosen as Reese Witherspoon’s Book Club Pick. The book follows Ellery Wainwright, a recent divorcee who goes on a vacation to Big Sur, California to clear her head. While at the resort, Ellery stumbles upon a dead body in the pool. As if things couldn’t get any worse, a mudslide traps the guests at the resort, and another person turns up dead. With no way to contact the outside world, Ellery must figure out who the killer is before she becomes the next victim.
