Woodcute is a woodcut block print display typeface drawn in-house at Letterlays. It sets short words with real character — built for covers, packaging, posters, labels and social lettering.
Use the original presentations to judge Woodcute at your intended size. Pair expressive display lettering with a quiet body face, and check the actual characters you need before choosing a licence.
Woodcute Free is a limited personal-use demo of the full Woodcute typeface by Letterlays. Create woodland graphics, craft packaging, kids products, rustic logos, and expressive display graphics with Woodcute.
🔤 This demo includes uppercase Latin letters, numerals and selected basic punctuation for personal mockups, layout tests and concept work.
🔒 Characters outside the demo set are displayed as a Letterlays placeholder. The demo is for personal, non-commercial testing and preview use only.
